When you contact us

The inquiry form requests your work email, company, role, current platform, and the outcome you want to improve. These details are used to respond to your request and discuss potential work. Please do not submit customer records, recordings, payment information, or other sensitive data through this form.

Inquiries are sent to the CXDisco team through its email service. Where configured, they are also recorded in HubSpot for follow-up. An acknowledgment email may include a link to pick a meeting time with our scheduling provider.

Website measurement

The website uses Google Analytics to measure page views and actions such as opening a solution page, choosing a call to action, starting a form, and successfully submitting an inquiry. The website’s custom analytics events do not include your form answers, email address, company, or free-text outcome.

For a 30-minute attribution window, the site keeps a limited record of the landing page path, referring website domain, and campaign tags in session storage. The record is refreshed on a later visit after that window expires; session storage can remain until the browser tab closes. When you submit a form, this context can accompany the inquiry so we can understand how you found us. Full referral URLs and search query text are not collected by the custom attribution code. Browser settings and tracking protections may limit measurement.

To ask about information you have submitted, reply to our acknowledgment email or contact us with your request. If using the form for a privacy question, choose “Not sure yet” for the platform and describe your request in the outcome field.
