Contact Center Data Integration

The contact center is often the richest customer dataset in the company, and the least available one. CXDisco moves interaction history, workforce, quality, and speech analytics out of the CCaaS platform and into the warehouse and BI tools your teams already use. This is custom, data-intensive work — not a screen-pop package.

Interaction and queue history in Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.

Workforce, quality, and speech outputs joined to the customer record.

Feeds shaped for the reports you run, not a generic vendor export.

What CXDisco builds

Interaction history

Contacts, queues, handles, transfers, and dispositions on a schedule the warehouse can trust. Attributes captured in the flow come along, so routing context is not lost after the call.

Workforce and quality

Schedules, adherence, evaluations, and scorecards joined to the same interaction keys the CRM uses. Supervisors and analysts stop exporting spreadsheets from three tools.

Speech and transcripts

Transcripts and analytics outputs land where they can be queried with the case, not only inside the speech vendor. Retention and access follow the rules you already set for customer data.

From the platforms you run

Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, NICE CXone, Five9, and Talkdesk each expose this data differently. We build the extract and the model for the platform you have, then align it with Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Dynamics ids.

Good fit if you want

  • One place to ask what happened on the interaction
  • CRM ids and contact-center ids on the same rows
  • WFM and quality data off the spreadsheet path
  • A feed you can extend when the next report shows up
